Program Participants
& Qualifications

Products: All firearms and accessories as per the 2025 WATCHTOWER price list.

Orders: Participants may order two firearms per year directly from WATCHTOWER. All orders must be shipped to active FFL dealers in good standing. a copy of the dealer's FFL must accompany the order, along with a valid form of department-issued ID from the list below.

• Military Acitve, Reserve, National Guard and Veterans
• Active and Retired Federal, State, County, or City Law Enforcement Officers
• Active Corrections Officers
• Active and Volunteer Firefighters, EMTs, and Paramedics

Program Requirements

A copy of both the front and back of a valid department-issued identification card is required. Acceptable forms include:

• Department Issued ID cards (active or retired)
• Active Military ID cards
• Reserve / National Guard ID cards
• Honorable discharge DD-214 or NGB-22 with a valid driver's license (front & back)
• Retired Military ID
• ID cards will NOT be accepted if they are expired.

All items will ship to an active firearms dealer for transfer; no exceptions.

LIFETIME WARRANTY AND
ANNUAL SERVICE

Once annually, WATCHTOWER will repair or replace wear items on each rifle or suppressor to ensure the proper function of the weapon system
